With that said, both cars can be equipped with a rear spoiler and a choice of either 19-inch or 20-inch alloy wheels. The TT-RS model comes equipped with a revised ECU, a ABT turbocharger, and a air-to-air intercooler. The five cylinder 2.5 liter engine produces 340 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. With the upgrades by ABT Sportsline, the five cylinder now cranks out an impressive 470 horsepower and 464 lb-ft of torque. The increase in output results in 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 177 mph (285 km/h).
